This includes active participation in clinical audit, quality, clinical guidelines/pathways, professional development, and appraisal and risk management. To work with other departments and outside agencies as required in contributing to the objectives of the ENT service. To maintain Directorate principles of effective multi disciplinary team working to promote and develop partnerships and working arrangements with all professional colleagues. To comply with Trust policies. To show effective organisational and communication skills Person Specification: MBBS / MBChB / MD or equivalent Minimum 5 years full time post graduate experience Minimum of 18 months of continuous ENT experience GMC registration (or eligible to secure GMC registration) Efficiency in Teamwork and equally good communication skills
